PROPERTY RULES
CHECK IN/OUT: The entry time to the apartments is at 3:00 p.m. and they must be vacated at 11:45 a.m. on the day of your Check Out; After that time the administration will have the right to make an extra charge according to the current rate.
We mention some recommendations
- The access card is personal and you keep it until the end of your stay. Do not leave it at reception.
- When you leave the Department, please close your door.
- At your Check Out or end of your stay, if it is a holiday or after hours, leave cards inside the apartment on the table ensuring that the door is closed; or failing that, leave it in office 102-A during its opening hours.
The entry of unregistered people into the apartments is prohibited; This conduct entitles VRSuite to terminate the guest's stay and collect the fee for the person(s) admitted without registration.
REGISTRATION: All guests must register as provided by the authorities, office 102-A Floor 1, VRSuite reception there.
ACCESS CARDS OR KEYS: Guests receive their access cards to their apartment and access to the Building; Loss or misplacement will incur a charge of US$30.
TOILET SERVICE: Cleaning and replacement such as toilet paper and soaps are the responsibility of each Guest once they have checked in; If you require it, it has an extra cost of USD10.
SAFE: All apartments have a safe to store valuables. The administration will not be responsible for the loss of jewelry, money, documents or other valuables of any kind kept in the rooms.
TOWELS: It is totally prohibited (without any exception) to remove towels from the apartment.
We remind you that towels stained with makeup, pathogenic fluids or used to clean shoes will be charged as new towels at the time of Check Out (USD 50). Avoid extra charges.
SILENT HOURS: This is between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
OTHERS: Any damage caused by guests to the property, personal property or objects will be their exclusive responsibility, and they must pay for their repair or restitution.
The possession of animals inside the apartment is prohibited.
THE ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING (LAW 20,660) Fine of USD 100 for not complying with this rule.
