Own Montevideo offers the possibility of an experience that allows guests to combine a trip of work
with pleasure, thanks to its location in Punta Carretas and its offered services.
Our highly trained staff provides personalized attention and ensures that all our guests have
everything they need to maximize their time in Own Montevideo, always with the possibility of
using our special “Customize your Stay” service.
All rates include buffet breakfast served in the restaurant, free wi- in the rooms and public areas,
and access to the outdoor pool on the third oor where you can enjoy the best views of the sunset
of Montevideo.

ROOMS:
Own Montevideo has 44 large rooms that have been thought to satisfy the needs of the most
demanding guests. They are strategically placed to maintain the privacy of our guests,
providing the feeling of home with the amenities and services of a boutique hotel.
The 44 hotel rooms range from 270 to 538 sq ft in size and have unique design details. They
are equipped with a wine stocked mini bar, individual hot/cold air conditioning, a hair dryer,
luxury bathrobes and towels, bath amenities, security box large enough to store a laptop,
i-dock, electric kettle, complimentary tea, daily turndown service, free wi- and 42’’ LCD TV.
We have rooms accessible for the physically challenged and rooms that can be adapted for
family plans.
